Elliott Rusanow is Chief Executive Officer of Scentre Group.
Elliott first joined Scentre Group in April 2019 when he was appointed Chief Financial Officer leading the Group’s finance, treasury, investor relations and capital transaction functions.
Prior to Scentre Group, Elliott was the Chief Financial Officer of Westfield Corporation, based in the United States.
Elliott’s career with Westfield spans more than two decades. He joined Westfield in 1999 and has held a number of senior executive leadership roles based in Sydney, London and Los Angeles including the roles of Deputy Chief Financial Officer, Head of Corporate Finance, Director Finance United Kingdom & Europe and Director of Investor Relations & Equity Markets.
Prior to Westfield, Elliott worked at Bankers Trust Australia Limited.
Elliott is Deputy Chair of the Shopping Centre Council of Australia and is a Member of The Champions of Change Property Group.

Andrew has over 20 years’ senior leadership experience across finance, real estate and capital markets in Australia, the United Kingdom, Europe and New Zealand.
Prior to his appointment as CFO, Andrew was responsible for leading the Group’s finance, group planning, treasury, investor relations, corporate development, capital transactions, commercial retail management and energy and renewables functions as Director Finance & Capital Markets.
Andrew first joined Westfield in 2005 and between 2012 and 2014 was CFO for Westfield Australia and New Zealand.
Following the establishment of Scentre Group, Andrew held a number of senior executive leadership roles across finance, technology, business development and commercial partnerships.

Maria joined Scentre Group (previously Westfield) in February 2012 as the National Talent Manager to evolve the newly created Talent function inhouse. In October 2012 she was appointed to Head of Human Resources Operations incorporating all operating teams across Australia and New Zealand. In this role she established the People Champions network to support the leader-led HR model and expand the human resources capability across the business. In 2016, Maria was appointed to General Manager Human Resources Operations.
