Westfield retailers have access to a range of centre based services and retail business solutions to aid day-to-day retail business operation.

In-centre services include:

  • Concierge Desks - the human face of Westfield, concierge staff can assist customers and retailers alike to answer and/or correctly direct enquiries. They are also a key sales channel for Westfield Gift Cards.
  • Staff Parking - where available, staff parking can be negotiated. Rates and availability will vary per centre.
  • Storerooms, Westfield suites & community rooms - where available, a variety of suite or room access can be arranged to meet retailers’ needs. 
  • Mailboxes - available in most centres to rent.
